Having experienced “a calling” to the helping professions at a young age, Larry Wells has been an educator (mathematics), a congregational minister, pastoral counselor, mentor to other clergy, a social worker and organization (staff and management) development director. He earned a B.S. in Secondary Education, and masters degrees of Divinity Master and Social Work. In addition he has more than 400 hours of training in Neuro-Linguistics Programming and is a master practitioner – trainer of that discipline.
Believing that life is to be experienced in its fullness (as opposed to endured), Larry is passionate about personal development and getting the most out of life, for himself and those with whom he “works.” “Creating a world to which people want to belong,” the motto of The Dynamic Learning Center (Santa Cruz, California) where he received one of his Master Practitioner Certifications in Neuro-Linguistics Programming, has become his personal motto as well.
